Mollie, RYT 500, first
realized her love of yoga over a decade ago, and has
since then woven the practices of Tantra deeply into
her personal life and teachings. As a full time teacher,
and advocate for spiritual and ecological consciousness,
Mollie is involved with local and international non-profit
work that focuses on children, community, and sustainability.
Her teachings of asana and meditation are influenced
by her love of Ayurveda, Kiirtan, Vinyasa, and Pranayama.
Mollie offers a fun, safe, and laid-back atmosphere
suitable for students to begin fine-tuning their relationship
and awareness of the True Self.
